To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, kindly review our scheduling policies.

NEW APPOINTMENTS

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure any appointment.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, due on the day of your appointment.
• We accept payments in cash, debit, or credit.

ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS

• Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start.
• If you're more than 20 minutes late, Anue Skin reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• For complimentary appointments, being more than 20 minutes late will result in a forfeiture of the complimentary nature of the session.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Appointments within the next 48 hours may not be rescheduled.
• If you or someone in your household has an infectious illness, kindly contact us promptly to reschedule without penalty.
• Your safety and the well-being of other clients are our priorities.
